Take a Closer Look
Cindy's branding sessions are designed around you or your team. She showcase your personality with photos that show you working, on the phone, in a beautiful kitchen grabbing a cup of coffee.
Cindy wants for you to be able to use these photos throughout the year for all your social media needs, website, print and more.
She will assist in a location that would work best for your brand either a designer's estate, builders model or a current listing you might have that you love.
These sessions will be up to two hours on site with clothing changes. Best time spent if you have makeup & hair done prior so we have more time on site.
This package will include 25-40 images of you or your team, 8-10 of the location and 8-10 details photos of the location. All images will be delivered in 2 days time.
We offer Two Packages for Branding Sessions:
Package One - A Rented Location (rental fee will be added on the invoice) along with our branding sessions and full license of all the images, 3-4 hours on site and 2 days delivery of photos is $1100 plus the rental of the location. We use a special by the hour rental of designer estates in the Virginia area for special usage by photographers.
Package Two - A Builders, or listing location along with out branding session with full licenses of all the images, 3-4 hours on site and 2 day delivery of photos is $1300. No rental charges will be added.
These appointments requite 2 weeks notice in order to obtain rental contracts if needed and or special permission and insurance for model homes which we will obtain and cover.
All photos are edited but major body changes and or major facial edits will not be done. These photos are to show you as you on social media platforms and for your clients to see you as you are today as a confident realtor that they want to hire !!!
